This is the worst place ever!!! It might have good deserts, but the service is definitely not worth it!!! They treat people like they are worthless pieces of crap... and for what I spent there (approximately $200) so not ok! The owner was soooo rude and completely dress inappropriate. Her boobs were absolutely falling out of her top, I was embarrassed for my wife and my son! and our server, I believe her name is Sharon was the worst server I have ever come across. There were two people there who made it somewhat ok... the bartender (guy) and the assistant manager (girl) I don't remember their names, but they were the only nice people around and the only ones who knew what in the hell they were doing! I hope they leave that place and find somewhere much better for them! Oh, and the food was gross! There desserts were still FROZEN!!!

I had the worst experience at Sweet O's. The environment wasn't comfortable. The waitstaff didn't know how to explain differences in wine or make a strong recommendation, which is strange for a wine bar. There was no atmosphere. At 9:00 the lights were bright. We'd driven 40 minutes to try out someplace interesting with good reviews and were sadly, sadly disappointed. There's got to be a better wine bar than Sweet O's and if you want good chocolate go to Chathams.

I have to agree. The service was the worst. So bad that I left and never actually experienced the treats. There is absolutely no atmosphere - feels like a generic "chain" wine bar, if there is such a thing. I did have a glass of wine, but was not impressed by their typical-grocery store selection. Or maybe speaking with the owner left me so miffed that everything just seemed bad. I couldn't believe she was so rude to me, a customer. I felt like I inconvenienced her by being there! Really, really terrible and at this rate, they will do us all a favor and be gone in due time.

This place was absolutely AMAZING!

Seriously, how can you go wrong with three of the world's best offerings: good wine, good chocolate, and fabulous cheese.

I had the Jet's Red Eye Wine flight, a trio of the owner's favorite reds, and the cheese plate. I was a happy camper. My kid brother had the grilled cheese with chocolate raspberry jam (what an awesome combo) and my mom had a sherry and chocolate flight. She wasn't too keen on the chocolate, it lacked variety for her taste, oh and me brother also had a malbec, which was fun for me to taste, as I usually don't drink imported wines. Makes me want to go to Argentina!

The service was attentive, helpful and fun. The patio was wonderful to sit and soak up some AZ sun. And, although the owners were crazy busy preparing for a wine and chocolate event, they were kind enough to introduce themselves to us and inquire about our experience.

This place is awesome! I bought some "chocolate for the road," some of their caramel dipped salted chocolates. They were supposed to be a gift, let's just say I had to buy something new for my intended gift receiver as I ate all the chocolates on the way to the airport.

It's no wonder this place has been asked to go "corporate," and become a national chain...so far, the owners haven't succumbed. Go team O!

Our server's name was Sharon (I'm assuming this is the same server that was slammed previously) and she was INCREDIBLY kind, attentive, funny, and we will be back!

ALL the girls in my family went there one night (like 20+ of us) and reserved the back patio...which we were allowed. The service was terribly rude, food so-so, THEN after about 2 hours they literally kicked us out and said they had to "move tables"....so rude, plus we easily spent a grand there and were planning on spending more..now we'll spend more elsewhere..shame, good concept but terrible, terrible service.
